Skip the Aisles

There are several ways in which you can request our services.

• Please download our Grocery List Form from our website, fill in your grocery request, scan or take a picture and email to info@skiptheaislesbc.ca.  We will reply to you with available delivery drop-off times or you can scroll down and book a delivery time slot; OR
• Email us at info@skiptheaislesbc.ca or text us at 778-214-2037, write a detailed description of each item (item name, brand, size and description of packaging- pictures would be a plus). We will reply to you with available delivery drop-off times or you can scroll down and book a delivery time slot; OR
• Fill in the DESCRIBE YOUR TASK FORM below by writing a detailed description of each item (item name, brand, size and description of packaging). After filling in the form, scroll down and book a delivery time slot.

• Please complete the DESCRIBE YOUR TASK FORM on our website. Describe in as much details as possible the task you would like us to perform.  Kindly include the date and time you would like this task to be performed and the number of hours needed to perform this task; OR
• Email us at info@skiptheaislesbc.ca or text us at 778-214-2037. Describe in as much details as possible the task you would like us to perform. Kindly include the date and time you would like this task to be performed and the number of hours needed to perform this task.

 Please keep in mind that all services need to be booked at least 24 hours in advance. 

• Personal Grocery Shopping  - Our Service and delivery fee is 15% of the total amount  of the grocery bill, with a minimum purchase of $100.  Grocery bills under $100 attract a flat fee of $15. (Please note that groceries can be delivered in our Skip the Aisles containers, however, containers need to be returned at time of delivery at no additional cost to you. Otherwise, you have the option of paying for plastic bags). 

• Delivery services - Flat rates 

                  Kelowna (round town) - $15 

                  Kelowna - West Kelowna - $25

                  Kelowna - Winfield - $25

• Other Services - All other services are charges at an hourly rate of $15.00

• We accept cash, credit or debit cards or e-transfers.

Please note that in the event that you need us to make a purchase in excess of $300 on your behalf, we require a 50% deposit in advance. 

• WHICH LOCATIONS DO YOU SERVE - We are currently serving the Kelowna, West Kelowna and Lake Country areas.

• DO YOU CHARGE A DIFFERENT RATE FOR HOLIDAYS ? - Yes, we charge an hourly rate of $30.00 or 30% of grocery orders. (Christmas Day and New Year's Day)

• DO PROVIDE AFTER-HOURS SERVICE? - Yes, the after-hour rates vary and are dependent on the type of services you require. Please contact us at 778-214-2037 for more details.

• CAN I LEAVE FEEDBACK ON THE SERVICE I'VE RECEIVED?  Of course ! Our goal is to exceed your exceptions always. Now, please keep in mind, we are human and mistakes can happen. Therefore, if we made a mistake or did something that made you feel uncomfortable, we want to hear about your experience so we can fix it and do better the next time. Happy with our services? We love it when our clients show that they appreciate the hard work that we do for them and their families. So feel free to send  a thank you note, a testimonial or refer a friend, as a token of your appreciation. Either way, we would love to hear about your experience with us, because your success is our success.

• WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL A SCHEDULED SERVICE?  All cancellations are free if your request is received at least 6 hours before a scheduled service. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $15 is required.

• DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS ? We do not provide refunds unless we are unable to continue providing a service or if we decide it's no longer a good fit for both parties.
